I live in North Carolina and 50% of my team is outside of my home state! It doesn't matter how close or how far you are from your Sponsor. I have a team of approximately 1300 amazing consultants!
There are many things to consider when making the decision to join Paparazzi. One of the biggest decisions takes places even before you join; Choosing your sponsor. It's important that your sponsor is active and reliable. When deciding a sponsor look for these qualities:
- Has a Strong Up Line
- Is easily accessible
- Has a growing team
- Resources
- Has a strong commitment to you and to Paparazzi
Let me explain how, as a Sponsor, I have all these great attributes.
STRONG UP-LINE
In my up-line I have mostly top consultants. They are all awesome and are more then willing to help with anything to make your business a success! My welcome email I send to you when you join includes my up-line's contact info, Facebook group pages, websites etc.
EASILY ACCESSIBLE
I know it is imperative to stay in close contact to all my team members. They can contact me by email, text, phone, and Facebook. I answer questions as soon as I can, usually within an hour or less. You need a dependable Sponsor that you know is there and will take care of you.
RAPIDLY GROWING TEAM
I started Paparazzi in June of 2012. I currently have over 450 consultants on my team! We all work together and support each other with tips and ideas!
TONS OF HELPFUL RESOURCES
As you can tell by my website, I have a lot of resources for all my team members. I am constantly adding info to it. I have a personal team Facebook page that I am on numerous times a day that has literally EVERYTHING you need to know, along with inspiration from me and contests with fabulous prizes from time to time! Our up-lines also have team pages and training videos-you will know everything there is to know by the time your done!
